Let-Only
Let-only service is exactly as its name suggest. We will carry out the initial stages of renting out the property and then it will be up the landlord.
Our let-only service will arrange all necessary paperwork, checks, viewing and moves the tenant into the property. After the tenant is settled in the property the landlord will then carry on the monthly management of the property.
